Cuvée with your stay: Hilton Sydney partners with Pommery Champagne

Meet the newest Blue Sky Suite | SUPPLIED

THE LUXURY and convenience Hilton is renowned for, can now be paired with a fruit-forward glass of sparkling champagne (or three).

The perfect base for those travelling for business or leisure, with unparalleled connectivity to the city’s best shopping, dining, tourism experiences and transport routes, Hilton Sydney offers luxury in an unpretentious and practical way.

With a stunning contemporary design, guests can choose from spacious rooms and a number of stunning suites with state of the art facilities and the city centre just on their doorstep. The modern hotel is the perfect space to unwind. And what better way to unwind in luxury than with a glass of cuvée?

Through October and November guests can experience Pommery’s exquisite cuvées alongside their stay in a Hilton Sydney suite. Coming into fruition with spring, a suite will be transformed into a Blue Sky Suite.

During an immersive stay in rooms adorned in the iconic Pommery sky blue, guests will arrive to cobalt-tinged macarons, which are carefully prepared in-house. And why not wash it down with the quintessential sparkles of Pommery Blue Sky NV; a bottle of which is also included in the stay.

Far from ending in the suite, the immersion continues into the lobby at Caffe Cino. Shifting from blue to pink, the cafe welcomes in spring with glasses of Pommery Brut Rosé NV and strawberry Bellinis — both paired perfectly with a pink themed dessert stand, no less. The space is perfect for an afternoon tipple and nibble.

Luxury follows guests into the early evening with caviar bumps accompanying champagne and cocktails (including the Pommerlini, Princess Peach and Almond & Scorpion, to name a few) available at the Zeta Bar from 5 to 8pm. Should you choose to round out the week with a stay, you’re in luck — an oyster station will be showcased at the terrace bar on Fridays from 5 to 8pm.

And finally, for those who wish to sit and leisurely work their way through a bottle of Pommery Grand Cru 2009, Hilton Sydney’s historic Marble Bar is the place to be. The venue will also serve a classic Champagne Cocktail, while chef-hatted restaurant Glass Brasserie will be slinging Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV for the activation.
